Rate: $165 per night for 4 people, additional $15 fee per night for each additional person

$150 cleaning fee for 4 people, additional $15 cleaning fee per person over 4.  Fee is not per night, it is per person. 
7% sales, 3% lodging tax on total

Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation and will be applied toward the overall rental fee.

The deposit is refundable if canceled within three weeks of the reservation.

Amenities of the house include WiFi Internet access, a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. - Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

No smoking and no pets please.

***The fireplaces in the house are not available to guests due to the Historic status of the home.
